Terms and Conditions of Use
- Free FedEx Pick-Up is limited for use by:
- New and Current customers sending first issue sets of new projects. A minimum of 2 cumulative
sets of plans and specifications per project are required and billed for.
Note: Free Pick-up is not to be used to post plans without printing. Penalties have been
established to reduce any misuse of service or non-payment.
Important: This is not an option for revision changes or addenda.
- FREE FedEx shipping requires the ordering of 2 complete sets of plans and specifications
per project. The order(s) must be placed within 60 days of the date the project is posted.
- If a minimum of 2 complete sets of plans and specifications per project are not ordered within 60
days of the documents shipped by FedEx and posted to your private plan room, you will be
billed a fee equal to the cost of 2 complete sets of plans and specifications per project to cover the
cost of shipping, scanning, posting, indexing and hosting.
- All documents included in this package/shipment will be posted to a Plan Express Private Plan Room
for you within 4 business days of receipt (most plans are posted the same day they are received). Please
include a transmittal sheet with your contact info, plan room to posted to, and either a valid email
address or phone number for confirmation by Plan Express, Inc.
- By completing this online package/shipment process and having your documents picked up by FedEx,
you unconditionally promise to pay Plan Express, Inc within 30 days of billing for any reproductions
or shipping charges; and/or pay Plan Express, Inc. the equivalent of 2 complete sets of plans and specifications
or the remaining balance if it does not meet the minimum print requirements. If you do NOT pay within 30 days
of billing, you agree to pay 1.5% per month interest on all past due amounts as well as all costs of collection,
including attorneys fees.
- Plan Express reserves the right to modify and update these terms and conditions. FedEx terms
and conditions printed with the airbill also apply.
- Customer acknowledges having copyright or permission related to use of that copyright for the documents
being sent to Plan Express as it relates to the hosting, printing and distribution of those documents.
- By selecting this service you agree to the terms and conditions when turning documents over to FedEx.
User must agree to terms of use for free shipping.
