Management EXECUTIVE TEAM Mr. Adamson is the founder and visionary behind Plan Express. He brings a true entrepreneurial spirit to the organization, having previously built and sold five successful private companies. All five companies were tied to the retail or construction industry, providing Mr. Adamson extraordinary experience in serving the customers of Plan Express. As a project manager, he oversaw the development and completion of numerous major construction projects. Mr. Adamson subsequently became co-founder of a major retail construction company. He provided management oversight of the bidding and construction process for over 1000 retail construction projects nationwide. Originally, forming Plan Express as a convenient method for hard copy plan distribtuion for the retail construction industry, he quickly realized that his vision for centralized print distribution had broader appeal. Mr. Adamson has provided the leadership in the company ís growth, including its corporate direction, software development, and marketing efforts. His vision for Plan Express has proven successful for the construction industry.
Mr. DeGreve joined Plan Express with over 15 years experience in executive-level roles at both public and privately held companies. Mr. DeGreve’s previous experience includes operations and technology leadership at AT&T, Humco Holding Group and Baldwin Piano. Most recently he was the Vice President of Operations at Mimeo.com, where he helped scale this e-commerce, print-on-demand business ten fold during his 5 year tenure with the company. Holding both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, Mr. DeGreve adds an immense level of experience and expertise to the Plan Express management team.
Ken's business experience includes roles in various entrepreneurial and leadership positions. Over the past seven years, Ken was the President and Chief Operating Officer of BeavEx, the largest private, same-day transportation and logistics business in the United States. During his leadership, he oversaw a growth in the business from $17 million per year to greater than $150 million per year and helped restructure the company to a profitable, low-debt and free cash-flowing enterprise in less than 24 months. He oversaw the development and implementation of the industry's leading technology platform, significantly reducing overhead while increasing operational efficiency. Ken also led the effort to diversify the revenue base. In 2006, the company was named the second fastest growing private company in Georgia. Prior to that role, Ken founded and was the CEO of Online Insight, a developer of CRM and business intelligence software applications, raising >$10 million in venture capital prior to its sale to private investors. The company was frequently recognized as a pioneer and market leader by prominent industry analysts, publications, and financial analysts including: Forrester Research, Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, and Robertson Stephens. Ken is a graduate of Dartmouth College
Mr. Rush brings to the company over 10 years of experience in the Digital Reprographics Industry, and has focused on the emerging technologies associated with both large and small format printing. With a background in Engineering Management and Administration, Mr. Rush joined Plan Express in September of 2000 to bring a high level of automation and service to leading corporate clients and manage the operating departments of the company. His expertise in digital file management has broadened Plan Express reach over various platforms, operating systems, hardware and software used in the AEC industry today. In previous positions, he worked closely with such industry leaders as Océ, Xerox Engineering Systems,
Autodesk/Buzzsaw and Hewlett Packard, to make software applications more user-friendly for the Architectural
and Engineering marketplace. In addition to his comprehensive experience with digital file management and
document control, Mr. Rush provides consistent leadership for the company, working closely with each department
head to ensure that Plan Express delivers its product in a timely and efficient manner.
